Share with her your questions, lifestyle needs (ie. you travel frequently and need tips for hotel rooms after a long day) and she’ll give you ideas to customize your Challenge. Health and Fitness Assessment
It’s an easy to complete survey that asks you detailed questions about your current health an and fitness state. Once you complete the survey you’ll schedule a 20 min call to walk through your personal health goals. After the call, Jodi will develop a custom plan that works with you lifestyle.

Tried dieting before? Failed? Check. Tried joining a gym before? Didn’t get results. Check.
