After overcoming three major health setbacks in my life, I know firsthand the importance of a holistic, healthy lifestyle. And now, as a fast-paced, traveling entrepreneur who supports the dreams of others, I know the value of having a simple and easy -to-follow plan that can help you to achieve your health goals anywhere you are in the world.
It was not easy to find this system.
After my last major surgery for a knee injury, my doctors told me that I would never be “normal” again. That wasn’t an option for me. I knew that with my last knee injury that I wanted to resume an active lifestyle. I was used to living an active lifestyle—and eager to resume it.
So I started experimenting. I tried group fitness classes, personal training courses and every vitamin, supplement, protein shake, energy bar, vitamin, “challenge”, cleanse and detox programs out there. Finally I found a system that worked like a charm.
And I wanted others to experience the results so I started teaching my system. I got certified as a fitness instructor and was blown away by the results. After some initial struggles, my class participants started meeting or surpassing their fitness goals. And before I knew it, I had developed workouts and cardio circuits, mixed with nutrition planning that achieved a certain result: a happier and healthier person with body confidence. My clients saw amazing results in 12 weeks or sometimes even sooner, and began to tell their friends and spread an amazing positive message. I soon realized that this was becoming bigger than I had imagined, and I needed a way to reach more women.
It is clear to me, my family, and friends that health and fitness haves become my passions, and way of life. I now get to help women around the world every single day pout themselves first, which helps not only them but those in their lives, too.
