There are days when I know I don’t do enough. I don’t. There’s always more grinding to do; another little check on my list I could make.
Then there is now. I looked up and it is 1am and I’m *contemplating* going to sleep. It isn’t a given.
Due to some life changes I’ve lost my sense of time. I don’t know when I should be asleep or awake which has me really questioning my ability to make healthy decisions for myself.
That’s when I realize why we need — I NEED — the next #MentorMonday episode. Just as much as I need to get these things done, I NEED to keep my health tight. I’m only going to make so much money if I fall out from exhaustion or can’t focus on this beast mode to do list. And what of Joelle? If I die tomorrow I have failed the ultimate goal of creating generational wealth for her and her kids and their kids’ kids.
Our health equals our wealth. It’s that simple. Can’t wait to learn what I can do better. For now, I think it is going to be laying down with some of these meditations and prework. Horizontal feels healthy
